Laying it all out there

I am 25, overweight, and I will do something about it! Over the next 17 weeks I will participate in a Weight Watchers at work program to shed pounds and become a healthier person.

Why Change?

I am 5’8,” 210 lbs with a 43 inch waist. To put this in perspective, I weigh enough to qualify for the heavyweight division in boxing and the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC.) Armed with this knowledge, I want to change. I need to change my habits.

What is My Goal?

In 17 weeks I would like to weigh 175 lbs and rock a 36 inch waist.

Additionally, there is another reason for making changes. I believe I am a great single guy that has trouble connecting with women I find attractive because of my weight. By losing weight, I hope to eliminate this sense of insecurity around women and make a difference in my dating life.

Why Weight Watchers?

I have heard many great things about Weight Watchers from friends and colleagues at work. Since my company holds Weight Watchers meetings every Tuesday and pays for half of the enrollment fee, I have no excuse now do I?

    good luck! the first 3 weeks are the worst, then it becomes a habit that just needs to be maintained!
