Thanks for reading my Weight Watchers blog. I started this blog on April 12 with a 17 week Weight Watchers at work program to help make myself more accountable for my health.

I wanted to open my experience up to everyone in the blogosphere and join the community of others like me out there. (Fingers crossed there are others out there.) I’m not going to burden you with everything I eat during the day, but maybe I can find some humor and fun in losing weight over a long amount of time. If I ever hit a snag, I would love some support from the blogging community. I am really worn out from being a yo-yo with my weight and I really need to do something about it.
